Whenever people are kept out of reach from each other to prevent the spread of any of any contagious disease it is said as Social Distancing.


  • What is it?

It is to remain away from crowd and avoiding gathering.




  • Why to do so?

It is majorly done in order to limit the spread of any contagious disease or infection.




  • When to go out...?

Whenever you go out keep atleast 6ft distance between you and the other person.

Following this there are various aspects to be kept in mind i.e avoid,use caution and safety in doing.

 Avoid -
- Gathering or crowd
- 2 or more persons sleeping on single bed
- Sports and Games
- Live concerts
- Movie theatre
- Malls and Retail Shops
- Gym
- Visitors at your home
- More Servants
- Group traveling



Use Caution-
- Visiting restaurant and hotels
- Walking or wondering with no work
- Medications
- Playing in the park
- Religious places
- Traveling



Safe to do-
- Walk in home compound
- Working in home surrounding
- Cleaning your house
- Read good book
- Listen music
- Cook a meal
- Family games

- Group video chat
- Streaming your favourite shows
- Calling your old buddies
- Caring elderly neighbours

Let's do our part
- Wash Hands
- Monitor your temperature
- Avoid touching face with your hands repeatedly
- Keep home and surroundings clean


Be Socially Responsible
- Cover your mouth while sneezing/coughing
- Wear mask if you are sick and seek doctor
- If you are not well avoid going out or even to your work, take rest at home
- Follow home quarantine orders.


This is all about social distancing.
Social Distancing will really be a great effort in reducing the disaster the severity of crisis that has come on the country nand the world. Social Distancing must be practiced with no fail by every citizen and social distancing would really be a great help in coping up with the huge disaster and bouncing back again.
  People in the village areas or rural parts must be educated about social distancing practice and they must be encouraged to follow social distancing. Self isolation or quarantine would also serve the purpose.
